After shredding, material enters separation lines where it is segregated into various commodity types.
The process uses technologies such as eddy currents, optical identification, and magnetic separation.
The first stage separates metallic and non-metallic fractions.
The second stage further separates the metal stream into different material varieties for better recovery value.
